Alyssa Kraft

Managing Director, Head of Human Capital

Alyssa Kraft is the Head of Human Capital for Aperture, where she is responsible for the firms global human resource operations including: talent management and development, employee engagement and total rewards. Prior to this role, Alyssa was Managing Director and Head of Global Human Resources at GoldenTree Asset Management, a global asset management firm that specializes in opportunities across the credit universe. Prior to GoldenTree, Alyssa was Managing Director of Human Resources, Office Administration and Facilities Management for Commonfund Group, a provider of multi-asset and strategic outsourced investment solutions primarily serving nonprofit institutions.

Prior to joining Commonfund, Alyssa was Human Resource Manager with the Annie E. Casey Foundation, a non-profit philanthropy that makes grants aimed at fostering public policy and human service system reform for disadvantaged children, youth, and their families.  Alyssa has a B.S. in Business Management from Ithaca College.
